I have signed up for Chalene Johnson's 30 Day Challenge and day 5 assignment is to tell others about your Push Goal - the goal that you feel is the most important to you.
After thinking about a lot of goals and dreams, I realized that the one thing holding me back is my lack of self discipline. I come home from work and just shut down so unless I motivate myself to stop avoiding what I have to do, nothing is going to change.
I feel that this challenge has already made a difference. I feel so motivated and confident that I have finally found a way to actually meet my goals.
